WEFIX is a British family business founded by three generations of the Mullins family, Charlie, Scott and Ashley.
Charlie Mullins OBE, Chairman of WEFIX. Charlie founded Pimlico Plumbers in 1979 and during his ownership and management of 41 years .it was London’s most successful service company until sold in 2021.
Scott Mullins, Founder & CEO of WEFIX, gained 35 years experience at Pimlico Plumbers and latterly led it as CEO. Scott will be heading WEFIX.
Ashley Mullins, Founder & Managing Director of WEFIX had over 16 years experience in the family business starting as an Apprentice Heating Engineer and progressing to become Media Director. Ashley will be hands on in the day to day running of WEFIX.
Following the sale of the original business in 2021 it quickly became apparent that there was an increasing demand for a top domestic trades service in the capital again – a company with traditional values without parallel whom the customer could have complete trust in, and rely upon, to resolve and respond to any requirement promptly and efficiently. It was on this premise that WEFIX was founded.
The founders decided that WEFIX would differ in that it would offer the highest level of service and only grow with experienced tradesmen who possessed high skill sets and who would share the aspirations of the company – a careful but necessary recruitment process.
Control Centre & Office Team. Led by manager Jonathan Smith the 24/7 Control Centre Team will personally answer all calls knowledgeably and helpfully. They will be informative about your job and booking – even pre-booking your work at a time and date that suits you with emergencies being dealt with as a priority. Both teams have worked with us before and are entirely based in our Central London office with customer details contained securely within the premises. Professionally all staff work in the office and not in a ‘home working’ environment- a company policy set in stone!

Apprentices. WEFIX are dedicated to support the next generation of highly skilled tradesmen with a work ethic to match. They undergo a mentoring and training program under the supervision of our experienced tradesmen.
Work is Guaranteed for 1 year workmanship.
Boiler installs can carry up to a 12 year industry leading warranty.
