I called Wefix to install a bath tap. It wasn’t an urgent job but they had an engineer near my area and he arrived within a couple of hours. Despite the access under the bath being small and rather challenging, Ben the engineer was able to do the job without us having to rip the tiles out. After struggling with a reoccurring mains drain blockage that other companies — including Dyno-Rod — failed to fix, Wefix stepped in and completely turned things around. Had a leak in our flat yesterday and called WeFix, they organised for Louis to come out and see us for the repair. Super efficient and also gave us a quote to replace our broken boiler that sprayed black sludge everywhere when he performed a water test haha. Currently considering the quotation before we move forward with anything, however really happy with the service so will most likely proceed with it.

James removed the blockage and recommended changing the pipes to which we are going to book in. Very happy with the service.

Having discovered a leaking cistern and realising our builder’s plumber was on holiday, I Googled a local plumber. WeFix London were a pleasure to deal with – reassuring, jolly and efficient chap picked up the phone and sent us Josh within half an hour. Josh was excellent, a really nice guy, who explained everything before dashing out for a part, fitting it on his return and filling out the paperwork just within an hour of his arrival. We will definitely use WEFIX London (not to be confused with WeFix24, a different outfit) again and I highly recommend them!

I had a leak in my HIU which I found on a Saturday morning. Being a weekend, I called over 10 different companies in London. WeFix, was the only company that responded very quicky via their online chat and were able to send an engineer out within a few hours. The operator I ended up speaking to over the phone was extremely helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. The engineer that came was professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Really efficient service! Amazing!

When our hot water system gave up WeFix were very prompt in sending someone round to diagnose the problem and then schedule replacing the system. Lewis did an excellent job, leaving everything in a pristine condition and taking the trouble to return later in the day to check everything was working as it should. And the bill was £200 less than the estimate as some parts were cheaper than expected.

I could not ask for better service from WEFIX. They supplied and fitted a new boiler, and cleaned my whole CH system, did various other plumbing works and unblocked my drains. They are highly competent and very professional but always manage to be pleasant and friendly. They were also respectful of property and cleaned up very well afterwards. We have recently moved house and wanted a full check of our electrics throughout. WeFix were excellent, and the electrician sent out (Jack) was excellent all round and super knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

Wefix attended a plumbing leak within the hour. Although the first hour is expensive, the plumber, who was very experienced and professional, was able to stay on to help tackle a couple of longstanding seized taps within a very short time (charged in 15 minutes blocks). The spares he had with him were of good quality too.

Second time using WeFix London. Best experience I’ve ever had booking a tradesperson. Needed some jobs doing when I moved into a new apartment, Called WeFix London and it was an absolute breeze from there.

Ben arrived on time. He quickly worked out the issues demonstrating that he knew his stuff and set to work. He fixed the cistern problems quickly. The bath taps were more difficult as they were seized up. Ben had to remove bath panel and install new fittings and also replace wood strip which broke when removed. He did a good job of colour matching the replacement piece of wood.

We woke up at 5am to our shower and toilets pouring out sewage. Our whole bathroom was flooded, our bedroom & hallway.

Ben arrived within the hour to find a blockage, which he unblocked to then also find a broken sewage pipe which he then swiftly repaired.

After the pain of dealing with other plumbers WeFix have been really good. Billy came to take a look very quickly, and gave us a quote. These guys are technical geniuses. Ashley the pipework photographer was able to locate and diagnose the reason for the blockage. He shared the investigation with me on the camera device’s screen then communicated his finding to the plumbing engineer Rikki. Rikki was then able to collect specific parts for the job. He then worked tirelessly for seven hours and I am very pleased with the exceptionally high quality result.
