I got charged for 150 pounds for visit and I have been told to pay additional 1000.00 pounds to fix my boiler , because it is German company Viessmann boiler part will cost 350.00 pounds plus labour 650 that makes 1000 pounds That is half of price of new boiler plus installation ! Refused to pay scam beg called different company Mason plumbers UK and paid 250.00 fixed charge , no new parts were needed ! It is scam company , do not trust Pimlico plumbers , scammers , I will never ever call them again
Pimlico plumbers gave me a 12 to 6 pm time slot for my faulty boiler. They arrived at 6.50 pm,nearly one hour late and couldn’t get parts as everywhere was closed. Firstly,I would have expected a courtesy call to advise me they were going to be late.Secondly,They should have called me to reschedule. I was charged £180 plus VAT on top for an engineer to visit for 15 minutes to tell me everything’s closed. Won’t be using them again.Very poor

Avoid this terrible company at all costs. I have had numerous bad experiences with them. They have literally charged me £500 to change a thermostat that was only replaced a year ago, they didn’t even confirm they were charging that part with me. Just left and said they what they had done. Disgraceful!!! Should be illegal
