The whole process was so quick and easy. It took 2 hours from contacting WeFix to Ricky having completed the job, and this included time for him to go and pick up a new sink. We had a horrid leak in the radiator that we hadn’t spotted for months. Called them for some emergency help.
Wefix were super professional, came round immediately, did what they promised. They were thorough, courteous, everything you’d want really.
In sum – Expensive but excellent. Our engineer Ben was fantastic, excellent communication, friendly, clear, and very thorough with his work.

Lewis came and fixed the problem in around half an hour. Super efficient!

“We Fix” are brilliant if you need any gas or plumbing repairs at all in the London area. It’s owned by the Grandson of Charlie Mullin’s (of Pimlico Plumber fame) and their Customer Service is exceptional along with their ‘can do’ attitude. Ashley is a “chip off the old block”. Excellent response, Arrived as scheduled. After discussion and within half an hour job done at minimum call out charge. The previous day I was quoted £750 for parts + 4 hours labour by a very well known London plumbing company for the same job. !!

I called Wefix to install a bath tap. It wasn’t an urgent job but they had an engineer near my area and he arrived within a couple of hours. Despite the access under the bath being small and rather challenging, Ben the engineer was able to do the job without us having to rip the tiles out. Great job Ben, my kids are super happy to use the bath again! Thank you

I could not ask for better service from WEFIX. They supplied and fitted a new boiler, and cleaned my whole CH system, did various other plumbing works and unblocked my drains. They are highly competent and very professional but always manage to be pleasant and friendly. They were also respectful of property and cleaned up very well afterwards. Their rates are a bit high but well worth it as they work to such a high standard. I highly recommend them. Thank you WEFIX!

After the pain of dealing with other plumbers WeFix have been really good. Billy came to take a look very quickly, and gave us a quote. He then returned when requested at quite short notice and finished the job in a little less time than anticipated. Not the cheapest (but then cheap means trouble in this business…) but good value for being considerate, trustworthy and reliable.

Ben did an excellent job and went the extra mile sorting out long standing issues. He was very friendly, polite and courteous the whole time and explained everything really clearly.

I contacted WeFix London for the first time in October to carry out a boiler service. I found them friendly and helpful, and there were no hidden charges. I highly recommend WeFix London.

Ben arrived on time and could not have been more helpful and informative. We’ve just moved into a property with old, much added onto, plumbing and he took great care to test flows, feeds, connections and sorted the slow flowing sinks and toilet. Left me with a list of possible improvements to action in the future. Highly recommend, great service 🙂

Had a leak in our flat yesterday and called WeFix, they organised for Louis to come out and see us for the repair. Super efficient and also gave us a quote to replace our broken boiler that sprayed black sludge everywhere when he performed a water test haha. Currently considering the quotation before we move forward with anything, however really happy with the service so will most likely proceed with it.

These guys are technical geniuses. Ashley the pipework photographer was able to locate and diagnose the reason for the blockage. He shared the investigation with me on the camera device’s screen then communicated his finding to the plumbing engineer Rikki. Rikki was then able to collect specific parts for the job. He then worked tirelessly for seven hours and I am very pleased with the exceptionally high quality result.

Completely brilliant. I called We Fix at 6.45 am in a panic because my kitchen sink was blocked and overflowing. Billy arrived 90 minutes later and the problem was fixed by 9am. Highly recommend.

Wefix attended a plumbing leak within the hour. Although the first hour is expensive, the plumber, who was very experienced and professional, was able to stay on to help tackle a couple of longstanding seized taps within a very short time (charged in 15 minutes blocks). The spares he had with him were of good quality too.

You get what you paid for, a quick, easy response, no delays, no missing tools, and more importantly they will finish the job on the day.

When our hot water system gave up WeFix were very prompt in sending someone round to diagnose the problem and then schedule replacing the system. Lewis did an excellent job, leaving everything in a pristine condition and taking the trouble to return later in the day to check everything was working as it should. And the bill was £200 less than the estimate as some parts were cheaper than expected.

Ben arrived on time. He quickly worked out the issues demonstrating that he knew his stuff and set to work. He fixed the cistern problems quickly. The bath taps were more difficult as they were seized up. Ben had to remove bath panel and install new fittings and also replace wood strip which broke when removed. He did a good job of colour matching the replacement piece of wood.

Ricky was on time and did a fantastic job. I recommend WeFix. They are professional and punctual and get the job done.
