When my previous company was sold to a U.S. corporation, it was done in the hope that the new owner would continue the legacy of the brand that was built over a lifetime by my family, and our dedicated staff over more than 40 years.

Following the sale in 2021 it quickly became apparent there was once again a demand for a premium domestic home services company in the capital. A company with traditional values without parallel, which customers can have complete trust in, and rely upon to respond and resolve any job from a burst pipe to a home extension. It was on this premise that WEFIX London was founded.

The founders – my son Scott, grandson Ashley, and myself, decided that WEFIX must stand out in the industry by delivering a unique offering. Over the past three years since I sold London’s former top plumbing and home services company we have had much time to reflect on the state of the industry, aided by input from many of our former customers. It was never our aim to re-enter the industry, but our research (and former customers) tell us there is again a gap in the London market for a premier service company and that’s the Gap WEFIX London has been designed to fill.
