Sadly, it has come to our attention at WeFix London that tradesmen working for competitor companies are ripping off customers by inflating the value of parts and labour.

It seems this is not a few isolated incidents, but and organised scam with, on occasions the complicity of plumbing merchants, who are prepared to issue inflated invoices as part of the fraud.

In a similar fashion labour prices are being inflated by engineers providing ‘fixed-price’ deals in order to hide the true amount of time required to complete work.

These types of dishonest practice are not new in our industry, but when we see it going on all around us, we, at the WeFix Team feel obligated to call out this kind of sharp practice.

At We Fix we condemn this kind of dishonest practice and will never employ any engineer who is suspected of being involved in this kind of racket.

We pride ourselves in the transparency of our business and will always show a breakdown of all costs on our invoices, clearly itemising parts and labour.
