The past 12-months has been a truly revolutionary year for WeFix London. History will show that 2025, our first full year of trading, eclipsed our wildest predictions for the Mullins family’s return to the plumbing and home services business.

Better than all the Rest!

We set out to be – as Tina Turner famously declared – ‘Simply the Best!’ And that’s exactly where WeFix ranks with its customers, according to the hundreds of five-star reviews posted on Trustpilot and Google during 2025. Our rapid success has been humbling; we set out to deliver the kind of service that former customers told us had vanished after the sale of Pimlico Plumbers to an American corporate giant in 2021. And in the just over 4 years since the US takeover Pimlico has abandoned its 24-hour service, pulling engineers from the field and closing its call-centre at 10:30pm each day.

My business ethos has always been to listen to, and deliver, what people want – hardly rocket science I used to think. But I never thought so many of my former customers would miss the service we used to offer so much that they would literally demand a comeback!

Customer Demand

But that’s what they did, by phone, by email, and the comments left on Pimlico’s customer review sites, lamenting the decline in service after the Americans took over. The plan was never to go again, but what can I say? As an entrepreneur I could see a huge opportunity, and with my son Scott and grandson Ashley, we had a combined industry experience of more than 100 years. It was a no-brainer!

We used our ‘non-compete’ time to build the best, most efficient, plumbing and home services company possible. At times it was frustrating that we couldn’t immediately come to the rescue of our loyal customers. But that all changed in October 2024, and the moment Big Ben chimed midnight the first fully electric WeFix London van glided into service on its way to our first job.

The Real Deal

From our custom designed and fitted out central London HQ and operations centre, to industry savvy call-centre operators, backup staff and the pick of the UK’s best trades people, we were ready to retake our city. The phones rand, the work piled in and with every week came a new company record as word spread that the real deal in homes services was back in business.
