I booked WeFix to repair a leaking toilet waste pipe just before Christmas. Unfortunately on inspection it was found that the toilet had been poorly installed (three years ago by Pimlico Plumbers) and it wasn’t going to be a quick fix. So I decided also to upgrade my shower cubicle at the same time as replacing the toilet early in the New Year. Steve worked diligently over a few days undertaking this work. I cannot fault his workmanship or work ethic. He was friendly and left everything tidy at the end of each day. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you Steve (and also Fabio).

Wefix attended a plumbing leak within the hour. Although the first hour is expensive, the plumber, who was very experienced and professional, was able to stay on to help tackle a couple of longstanding seized taps within a very short time (charged in 15 minutes blocks). The spares he had with him were of good quality too.

Had a leak in our flat yesterday and called WeFix, they organised for Louis to come out and see us for the repair. Super efficient and also gave us a quote to replace our broken boiler that sprayed black sludge everywhere when he performed a water test haha. Currently considering the quotation before we move forward with anything, however really happy with the service so will most likely proceed with it.

These guys are technical geniuses. Ashley the pipework photographer was able to locate and diagnose the reason for the blockage. He shared the investigation with me on the camera device’s screen then communicated his finding to the plumbing engineer Rikki. Rikki was then able to collect specific parts for the job. He then worked tirelessly for seven hours and I am very pleased with the exceptionally high quality result.

I called WeFix London at 9am and was given a window of 10am – 6pm for a plumber to come out same day (at no additional cost). By 11.30am I had the lovely Jack Penny at my house to deal with an extremely clogged waste pipe causing leaks in my kitchen.

Employed WeFix to fix a botched service done by Pimlico Plumbers. Pimlico failed to switch the boiler from service mode to operating mode at the end of their service as a result we had no central heating for two weeks and Pimlico failed to respond to communications. The WeFix solution was simple- press one button – it needed some investigation. Also confirmed there’s nothing wrong with my boiler. Also got a discount for switching from Pimlico. I’m satisfied.

Very quick service and professional work from Ben!

Ben and Steve did a fantastic job over 2 days replacing our external sewage pipe which had become entirely blocked up with plant roots. They identified the source of the problem and spent hours drilling through the toughest concrete known to man to do a proper job of replacing all the damaged parts. They then put everything at ground level back to rights, protected the new concrete from rain, and left the garden neat and tidy. Lovely chaps who explained everything as they went, turned up on time and were very knowledgeable about their trade.

Ben came out after 10pm on a Saturday to secure a broken door on my balcony. He was very efficient and got the job done in less than an hour.

I could not ask for better service from WEFIX. They supplied and fitted a new boiler, and cleaned my whole CH system, did various other plumbing works and unblocked my drains. They are highly competent and very professional but always manage to be pleasant and friendly. They were also respectful of property and cleaned up very well afterwards. 100% recommend, Matt came the same day, identified and solved the problem with no bs. Was recommended WeFix after a couple of disappointing experiences with Pimlico and will definitely use them again.

Good service from Sam. Quick and on time

Great service again. This was just an inspection, I thought the urine smell in my room could be coming from the water pipes connected to the boiler. It wasn’t but they still checked it and gave me some helpful tips. Also very good market value, cheaper than other companies I’ve used and a better job. Also very good customer service both online and on the phone.

I was very impressed with the service I received from WeFix London. From the moment I contacted the company they were highly efficient and professional, scheduling a same day appointment and arriving promptly. The boiler engineer, Dean, was knowledgeable, experienced and tidy in his work. I would definitely recommend WeFix London without hesitation.

WEFIX provided very skilled guys to sort out the boiler and fix the shower problems (Josh) in my house. They were both polite and pleasant, and also cleaned up well afterwards. I was definitely satisfied with the excellent standard of work.

Ben arrived on time. He quickly worked out the issues demonstrating that he knew his stuff and set to work. He fixed the cistern problems quickly. The bath taps were more difficult as they were seized up. Ben had to remove bath panel and install new fittings and also replace wood strip which broke when removed. He did a good job of colour matching the replacement piece of wood.

Josh was kind and professional and the experience was ideal, especially considering it’s Xmas Eve.

I absolutely love using WEFIX – in the last week I’ve had electrical, jet washing and plumbing done by Aiden, Harry and Josh and have been so lovely and great to deal with. Excellent work by all. Also the office staff are so quick to answer the phones and make it a pleasure to book in the work. Really takes a way the stress from household burdens. Thanks WEFIX!

Ben Sibley of Wefix London was simply amazing! I can recommend Wefix!

Having discovered a leaking cistern and realising our builder’s plumber was on holiday, I Googled a local plumber. WeFix London were a pleasure to deal with – reassuring, jolly and efficient chap picked up the phone and sent us Josh within half an hour. Josh was excellent, a really nice guy, who explained everything before dashing out for a part, fitting it on his return and filling out the paperwork just within an hour of his arrival. We will definitely use WEFIX London (not to be confused with WeFix24, a different outfit) again and I highly recommend them!

I called Wefix to install a bath tap. It wasn’t an urgent job but they had an engineer near my area and he arrived within a couple of hours. Despite the access under the bath being small and rather challenging, Ben the engineer was able to do the job without us having to rip the tiles out. Great job Ben, my kids are super happy to use the bath again! Thank you

Ben was excellent. We spotted a leak coming from the boiler at 11pm and Ben was with us within 30 minutes, he was able to quickly identify the leak and stem the flow. The repair required a new piece for the boiler which Ben was able to source and come back and fit within 12 hours. Overall brilliant service from someone who was very polite, clear in explaining the issue and efficient with his work. Would definitely recommend.
