I then learnt that Charie Mullins had set up a new company called WeFix London and wish I’d found them sooner.
I called up, David in the office was incredibly helpful and their plumbing engineer Steve arrived bang on time!
He quickly sorted out our leak, which had damaged our kitchen cabinets, so Steve even gave us some advice regarding our insurance. He was fantastic!

Pimlico failed to switch the boiler from service mode to operating mode at the end of their service as a result we had no central heating for two weeks and Pimlico failed to respond to communications. The WeFix solution was simple- press one button - it needed some investigation. Also confirmed there's nothing wrong with my boiler. Also got a discount for switching from Pimlico. I'm satisfied.
AM, SE11I booked WeFix to repair a leaking toilet waste pipe just before Christmas. Unfortunately on inspection it was found that the toilet had been poorly installed (three years ago by Pimlico Plumbers) and it wasn't going to be a quick fix. So I decided also to upgrade my shower cubicle at the same time as replacing the toilet early in the New Year. Steve worked diligently over a few days undertaking this work. I cannot fault his workmanship or work ethic. He was friendly and left everything tidy at the end of each day. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you Steve (and also Fabio).

Tony F took his time and spent 90mins on a proper boiler service (British Gas just do inspections and plod in their flue gas tester). Prices not so high when you look at charges from other independents. And quality is better.

Ben and Steve did a fantastic job over 2 days replacing our external sewage pipe which had become entirely blocked up with plant roots. They identified the source of the problem and spent hours drilling through the toughest concrete known to man to do a proper job of replacing all the damaged parts. They then put everything at ground level back to rights, protected the new concrete from rain, and left the garden neat and tidy. I booked WeFix to repair a leaking toilet waste pipe just before Christmas. Unfortunately on inspection it was found that the toilet had been poorly installed (three years ago by Pimlico Plumbers) and it wasn’t going to be a quick fix. So I decided also to upgrade my shower cubicle at the same time as replacing the toilet early in the New Year. Steve worked diligently over a few days undertaking this work. We woke up at 5am to our shower and toilets pouring out sewage. Our whole bathroom was flooded, our bedroom & hallway.
Ben arrived within the hour to find a blockage, which he unblocked to then also find a broken sewage pipe which he then swiftly repaired.

Pimlico failed to switch the boiler from service mode to operating mode at the end of their service as a result we had no central heating for two weeks and Pimlico failed to respond to communications.
