Today the UK got a new Prime Minister, so why are a new wave of wealth builders, the ones who stayed, just in case Starmer and Reeves turned out to be the mythical spotless leopards, getting ready to quit the country?

It’s simple, they were hoodwinked once and they’re not going to risk being mugged off a second time. The Starmer lie was that there was going to be no new ‘taxes on business’, a promise broken in Reeves’ first budget with a massive NI raid.

Now Andy Burnham has not only hijacked this business-hating Labour administration but he’s talking about needing billions more to pay for is welfare policies. And if anyone thinks a wealth tax is not coming, they are living in cloud cuckoo land!

Labour under Andy Burnam ave no more understanding of business than under Starmer. They don’t understand how it needs to be allowed to grow so that the country can become prosperous again. So having failed to stimulate growth they have looked around and targeted stored wealth that was created by far more business-friendly governments of the past.

This is why 6,000 entrepreneurs left the country last year and why many more will do so again this year. It’s a crazy situation. All they are doing is using up what people have built over many years in the UK without any thought for what’s going to happen when all the cash is spent, any there’s nobody left stupid enough to try building new businesses.

Nothing has changed today except there’s a new bloke sleeping in Downing Street.
