How long does a boiler service take?

A standard annual boiler service typically takes around 30 to 60 minutes. The engineer will carry out a full safety and efficiency check and provide a written report.

Are your engineers Gas Safe registered?

Yes. Every heating engineer is Gas Safe registered and fully insured. All have at least 10 years experience, wear WEFIX uniforms, carry photo ID and drive liveried vehicles.

Do I need to service my boiler every year?

Yes. Annual servicing is recommended to keep your boiler running safely and efficiently. Most manufacturers require it to maintain your warranty. Landlords are legally required to have an annual gas safety check.

Can you issue a landlord gas safety certificate?

Yes. Our Gas Safe registered engineers can carry out a gas safety inspection and issue a CP12 certificate on the same day. We cover all London boroughs.
