Ben arrived on time. He quickly worked out the issues demonstrating that he knew his stuff and set to work. He fixed the cistern problems quickly. The bath taps were more difficult as they were seized up. Ben had to remove bath panel and install new fittings and also replace wood strip which broke when removed. He did a good job of colour matching the replacement piece of wood.
